Very good for the practice of martial arts but owes a lot for the lack of basic equipment like sideboards for example.

The appliances are great but the Gym is hot and the service needs to improve, as for the bathrooms, everything is missing even toilet paper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os aparelhos são bons. Mas essa é a única coisa positiva. Deixa muito a desejar em diversos quesitos: está quente, banheiro NUNCA tem sabão. Professores pouco atenciosos e a alguns mal educados. Música inapropriada pra treino de musculação, muito axé, forró. Já foi uma academia muito boa mas agora está péssima.
The appliances are good. But that is the only positive thing. It leaves much to be desired in several aspects: it is hot, the bathroom NEVER has soap. Little attentive teachers and some rude. Inappropriate music for bodybuilding training, a lot of axé, forró. It used to be a very good gym, but now it sucks.
