★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar excelente estou adorando treinar nesse lugar, esse lugar faz a diferença equipamentos importados e ótimos minha namorada também treina e adora as aulas, os professores são excelentes atenciosos e sempre prontos a nos ajudar, não vejo problemas com o ar condicionado sempre que está quente ele esta ligado.
Tem estacionamento e um rapaz muito simpático nos ajuda quando estamos com pressa e estaciona para nós, quando fizemos a matricula fomos muito bem atendidos por Tatiane e essa foi uma das razões de nos matricularmos, realmente a empresa está de parabéns

It has parking and a very nice guy helps us when we are in a hurry and park for us, when we did the registration we were very well attended by Tatiane and that was one of the reasons we enrolled, really the company is to be congratulated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O preço não condiz com o que a academia proporciona. Estacionamento sem iluminação adequada, o chão é pedrisco, vagas separadas por pedaços de madeira. Difícil estacionar a noite, quando chove faz lama. O banheiro está sempre molhado, parece uma sauna, sem ventilação, não tem janelas. Tem um ventilador que raramente está ligado. Falta água com frequência. Poderiam pelo menos ter um galão de água para consumo nesses dias. Possuem ar condicionado, porém é preciso pedir para ligar. O ambiente raramente está climatizado. Alguns equipamentos bons, outros antigos. Quando vai para manutenção demora voltar. Os funcionários são educados e atenciosos, mas alguns professores parecem despreparados na área de musculação. As séries são sempre as mesmas, pouco incentivo. Para quem tem o objetivo de hipertrofia, não é o local ideal. Vira e mexe falta toalhinha e álcool para higienizar os aparelhos. As Tvs estão sempre ligadas em canal religioso (não condiz com o ambiente) e não colocam ao menos a legenda para quem tiver interesse, músicas ruins e repetitivas. Não tem acessibilidade para cadeirante... Enfim, deixa a desejar.

The bathroom is always wet, looks like a sauna, no ventilation, no windows. It has a fan that is rarely turned on. Water is frequently missing. They could at least have a gallon of water for consumption these days. They have air conditioning, however you have to ask to call. The atmosphere is rarely air conditioned. Some good equipment, others old. When it goes to maintenance it takes to return. The staff are polite and attentive, but some teachers seem unprepared in the bodybuilding area. The series are always the same, little incentive. For those who have the goal of hypertrophy, it is not the ideal place. Turns and stirs wipes and alcohol to sanitize appliances. The TVs are always linked in a religious channel (does not fit the environment) and do not put at least the legend to anyone who has interest, bad and repetitive songs. It does not have wheelchair accessibility ... Anyway, it leaves something to be desired.

A porta de entrada do vestiário não tem uma divisória ou algo que dificulte a visão de quem está passando pelo corredor, assim é possível ver quem está se trocando quando alguém entra no vestiário e abre muito a porta.

The entrance door of the locker room doesn't have a partition or anything that makes it difficult to see who is passing through the hallway, so it's possible to see who is changing when someone enters the locker room and opens the door a lot.
