★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia é boa, porem o único problema são alguns professores, acho que todos pagam igual, então a atenção o auxílio aos alunos deveria ser por igual , não só porque as mina tão lá de legs , short saia tem preferência pq? Vamos ser profissional.fiquei 1 semana pra nunca mais voltar .
Gym is good, but the only problem is some teachers, I think everyone pays the same, so the attention the help to the students should be equal, not only because the legs there, short skirt have preference because? Let's be professional. I stayed 1 week never to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ @procross_academia ,Sou aluna e estou indignada com o tratamento que eu eu meu grupo tivemos hoje, fomos conversar com um dos donos sobre a troca do nosso professor de Cross,pois nosso professor é muito bom e competente e fomos tratadas como se estiver ali fosse um favor e ainda ficou alterado com os alunos do Cross,esse é meu primeiro mês e último. Essa pessoa que se diz dono tem que passar por um preparo para falar com os alunos que afinal são clientes e mantém as portas abertas.Estou perplexa com tamanha faltade preparo para conversar com os alunos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente os atendentes não sabem informações sobre a academia (tive que ligar 2 vezes e ir presencial uma para ter uma simples informação de planos e atividades), e quando fui malhar tinha somente uma esteira funcionando e uma única pessoa de máscara na academia inteira, além de não ter álcool gel espalhado.
A impressão que tive é que não estão nem um pouco preparados para trabalhar durante a pandemia e não estão preocupados com o bem-estar dos alunos.
Unfortunately, the attendants do not know information about the gym (I had to call 2 times and go in person once to have a simple information on plans and activities), and when I went to work out there was only one running mat and a single person in the entire gym, besides of not having alcohol gel spread.
The impression I had is that they are not at all prepared to work during the pandemic and are not concerned with the well-being of the students.
