★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz check-in pelo aplicativo Gympass para aula online, o check-in fora computado porém a aula online nunca existiu, ao ligar para perguntar sobre não atendem. Atenção e atendimento zero, detalhe, liguei dentro do horário marcado para me inteirar sobre a aula online. Dessa forma, não quero saber dessa academia nem online tampouco presencial
I checked in through the Gympass app for online classes, the check-in was computed but the online class never existed, when I called to ask about no answer. Zero attention and service, detail, I called within the scheduled time to find out about the online class. That way, I don't want to know about this gym either online or in person

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi boa, mas no final tive um problema. A escola pede contratualmente que avise um mês antes do cancelamento, usufrua e saia. Fiz exatamente isso. Depois de três semanas fora, falei com a professora (dona da escola) se seria possível fazer apenas duas aulas avulsas, e ela disse que ok. Ficou n valor para fazer as duas aulas avulsas. Tanto que quando fui três vezes, paguei mais outra avulsa separado. AVULSA. Eis que quando avisei que não ia mais, tive que pagar mais um mês das duas aulas. Mas não eram avulsas? Fora do contrato que eu já havia cancelado? Pois é, paguei. Pedi comprovante do que havia pago, mais um comprovante que havia saído (já com medo de ficar refém de um loop infinito) e não recebi. Em suma, FICA A DICA: ao sair, certifique-se que ficou bem claro para ambas as partes que você saiu e saiba que aula avulsa NÃO é aula avulsa. Saiu, vai ter que avisar e pagar (usufruindo ou não o próximo mês) !!!!!!!
It was good, but in the end I had a problem. The school contractually requires you to notify one month before cancellation, enjoy and leave. I did just that. After three weeks away, I talked to the teacher (owner of the school) if it would be possible to take just two separate classes, and she said ok. It was n value to take the two separate classes. So much so that when I went three times, I paid another separate separately. DISABLED Behold, when I warned that I wasn't going anymore, I had to pay another month for both classes. But weren't they single? Out of the contract that I had already canceled? Well, I paid. I asked for proof of what I had paid, plus a proof that I had left (already afraid of being held hostage by an infinite loop) and I didn't receive it. In short, HER TIP: When leaving, make sure it's clear to both parties that you've left and know that one-time class is NOT one-time class. It's out, you'll have to warn and pay (whether or not you enjoy the next month) !!!!!!!
