Fiz um pedido e estou há quase duas horas aguardando, liguei pra lá, e eles me disseram que foi recusado, não chegou nenhum tipo de aviso pra mim nem nada. Tentei por vezes fazer contato pelo wpp, só descobri que não chegaria porque liguei, devido a demora. Talvez seja um ponto de melhoria a ser feito. Obrigada!
I have nothing negative to say about açaí, it is really delicious! But communication is horrible. I made an order and I've been waiting for almost two hours, I called there, and they told me it was refused, no kind of notice arrived for me or anything. I tried sometimes to make contact by wpp, only found out that it would not arrive because I called, due to delay. Maybe it's a point of improvement to be made. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O açaí é o mais brabo de macaé. O problema é os funcionários pifados da noite. Vc pede pra colocar os complementos, mas é a mesma coisa que dizer pra não colocar nada. Toda vez isso ai. Maior tiração.
The açaí is the most angry of macaé. The problem is the busy night staff. You ask to put the complements, but it's the same thing as saying not to put anything. Every time there. Bigger draw.
