★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O produto é muito bom. Da rede, gosto do marketing, do degin e de como os produtos são servidos e entregues. Se fosse recomendar algo para melhorar seria criar produtos prontos com um mix de frutas e produtos sem açaí pra quem não gosta mas acompanha as outras pessoas que gostam, diminuir o tempo de entrega dos produtos (2h de espera é muito tempo) e melhorar o tempo de atendimento de quem está na loja (se possível, atender os pedidos da mesma mesa ao msm tempo).
 The product is very good. Of the network, I like marketing, the degin and how the products are served and delivered. If I were to recommend something to improve, it would be to create ready-made products with a mix of fruits and products without açaí for those who don't like it but accompany other people who like it, decrease the delivery time of the products (2 hours waiting is a long time) and improve the time service of those in the store (if possible, fulfill orders from the same table at the same time).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei, porém, da última vez, fizeram uma promoção de açaí 400ml por 4,99. O açaí não era o mesmo de sempre. Parece que compraram aquele açaí de caixa que já vem pronto da distribuidora para vender mais barato, pelo menos era o mesmo gosto, que é bem diferente do deles. Além disso, estava mole, a granola mucha, e pedi cobertura de caramelo e o rapaz colocou de doce de leite e ainda insistiu comigo dizendo que era caramelo, até que eu pedi para ver a embalagem e ele ficou de carão. Só tinha uma pessoa na loja fazendo tudo. Atendendo as pessoas, o delivery e montando. A loja suja. Por pouco não sai do carro e pedi meu dinheiro de volta. Resolvi ir embora e nunca mais voltar.
