It takes 3 hrs to deliver the açaí. I've been waiting since 11:30 am and they just say it's going out and nothing. They do not respect the customer and lie about the order status. Don't buy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo,moro no mesmo bairro,a 5 minutos de la,pedi meio frango assado,passaram-se 2 hrs de tempo e a atendente dzd q meu pedido havia saído,mentirosa,se vcs não tem como entregar não aceite o pedido pois é uma refeição, desrespeito com o cliente, o cumolo da incompetência 2 hrs para não entregar meio frango no mesmo bairro!!
Perderam o cliente!!!
Terrible, I live in the same neighborhood, 5 minutes from there, I ordered half roasted chicken, 2 hrs of time passed and the attendant said my order had left, lying, if you can't deliver don't accept the order because it is a meal, disrespect for the customer, the cumolo of incompetence 2 hrs for not delivering half chicken in the same neighborhood !!
They lost the customer !!!

Açai is great, but the delivery is terrible. Two hours for delivery of lost items or even more. The delivery issue needs to be much improved.
