★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Açaí péssimo, atendimento pior ainda, meus filhos queriam açaí sem conhecer o lugar fizemos pedido pagamos qdo foi entregue não demorou 5 minutos um atendente começou a apagar as luzes, um casal q estava na mesa ao lado saiu imediatamente, tentei ficar mas o mesmo funcionário começou a fechar as portas, mto incomodada sai com meus 3 filhos, falei com o mesmo q quando ele tivesse fechando era só avisar não fazer o pedido entregar o produto e depois " expulsar" os clientes, o mesmo ficou calado, estou indignada com tanta falta de respeito com o cliente
Acai lousy, worse service still, my kids wanted acai without knowing the place we asked for we paid when it was delivered it did not take 5 minutes an attendant started to turn off the lights, a couple who was at the next table left immediately, I tried to stay but the same employee started to close the doors, I'm very uncomfortable going out with my 3 children, I spoke with the same q when he closed it was just to warn not to make the request to deliver the product and then "expel" customers, the same was silent, I am outraged with lack of respect for the customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. O atendente do caixa foi grosseiro ao tirarmos dúvidas sobre o cardápio, sem responder direito e nos apressando. Uma funcionária foi extremamente grosseira com a outra que estava fazendo os pedidos, apenas porque ela tinha interagido e brincado com um de nós falando que iria caprichar no pedido. Clima péssimo de desrespeito com os clientes e funcionários estressados descontando em nós.
O açaí não é dos melhores, tinha muitos cristais de gelo, como se não tivesse sido bem armazenado.
Lousy service. The cashier was rude when we asked questions about the menu, without responding properly and rushing us. One employee was extremely rude to the other ordering woman, just because she had interacted and joked with one of us saying that she was going to care about the order. Bad weather of disrespect with customers and stressed employees taking us out.
Açaí is not one of the best, it had many ice crystals, as if it had not been stored well.
