★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre pedi açaí nessa loja pelo delivery e nunca tive problemas, mas hj ocorreu uma situação que me deixou bem decepcionada, essa semana recebi um cupom de aniversário, e hj fui utilizar e não consegui, então mandei mensagem pra eles, me foi dito que o cupom seria ativado, apliquei o cupom e finalizei a compra, e o valor não foi descontado, mandei mensagem novamente para o estabelecimento pedindo o cancelamento do pedido pois só tinha o valor certo do pedido com o desconto, tanto pelo Instagram, quando pelo whatsapp, visualizaram e não me responderam, o motoboy veio aqui, e teve que voltar pq o valor não podia ser descontado, mandei mensagem novamente pedindo que da próxima vez cancelassem por favor o pedido quando eu pedisse, e me responderam simplesmente com um "ok", me senti constrangida com a situação... Enfim, péssimo atendimento ao cliente, o açaí é maravilhoso, mas pretendo começar a pedir em outro lugar.
 I always ordered açaí in this store for delivery and I never had any problems, but today there was a situation that left me very disappointed, this week I received a birthday coupon, and today I went to use it and I couldn't, so I sent them a message, I was told that the coupon would be activated, I applied the coupon and finalized the purchase, and the amount was not discounted, I sent a message again to the establishment asking to cancel the order because I only had the right amount of the order with the discount, both through Instagram and whatsapp, viewed and didn't answer me, the motoboy came here, and had to come back because the amount could not be discounted, I sent a message again asking that next time please cancel the order when I asked, and they simply replied with an "ok", I felt embarrassed about the situation... Anyway, terrible customer service, the açaí is wonderful, but I intend to start ordering elsewhere.
