★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom, mantém o mesmo padrão das outras unidades que já conheço. E o melhor é que fica dentro de um "foodpark", então tem mais opções pra toda a família, e na frente onde é aberto nossos pets são aceitos.
Very good, maintains the same standard as the other units I already know. And the best thing is that it is inside a "foodpark", so there are more options for the whole family, and in the front where it is open our pets are accepted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar, estiver aí ontem e o segurança pedi para usar a máscara de proteção mais as atendentes do açaí estavam todas com as máscaras abaixada, como pode exigir algo que nem o estabelecimento cumprir
Sem fala que me fez passa pro constrangimento já que tinha Máscaras descartável e estabelecimento junto com segurança não ofereceu
Realmente fiquei muito chateado com esse lugar e não recomendo, não adianta um sorvete ser bom e o atendimento ao consumidor não ser
Pode ter certeza que vocês não são os únicos ligar do Guarujá ou da baixada que vende açaí
Bad place, I was there yesterday and the security guard asked to wear a protective mask but the açaí attendants were all with their masks down, how can you demand something that not even the establishment fulfills
Not to mention that it made me go through the embarrassment as I had disposable masks and establishment along with security didn't offer
I was really upset with this place and I don't recommend it, it's no use for an ice cream to be good and the customer service not to be
You can be sure that you are not the only ones calling from Guarujá or from the Baixada that sells açaí

O lugar é bom pra você ir e se servir e só! Nunca peça nada que necessite vir da cozinha pois não há o mínimo de competência e preparo por parte do estabelecimento para servir.
DISASTER TIME for delivery of orders on site; I waited exactly 45 minutes for just one menu item. That's because there weren't many customers at the time.
The place is good for you to go and help yourself and that's it! Never order anything that needs to come from the kitchen as there is not the least amount of competence and preparation on the part of the establishment to serve.
