They don't answer by whatsapp, to order it has to be through the website, but they don't ask questions or say something by whatsapp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido de uma pizza e solicitei troco para R$ 50,00 às 17:40h. Após 1 hora e 30 minutos de espera às 19:10h resolvi enviar um whatsapp, sem ter retorno resolvi ligar às 19:15h. Ligo e a resposta é a seguinte "tivemos um problema com o seu pedido, vc tem como trocar os R$ 50,00", parece até piada kkk, mas foi essa a justificativa por não terem enviado o meu pedido. Total falta de respeito e responsabilidade, nem para pedir desculpa pelo transtorno, desligaram na minha cara. Coloquei uma estrela para poder postar, minha avaliação é zero estrela.
I ordered a pizza and asked for change for R $ 50.00 at 5:40 pm. After 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting at 19: 10h I decided to send a whatsapp, without returning I decided to call at 19: 15h. I call and the answer is the following "we had a problem with your order, you can change the R $ 50.00", it seems like a joke kkk, but that was the justification for not sending my order. Total lack of respect and responsibility, not even to apologize for the inconvenience, hung up on me. I put a star to be able to post, my rating is zero star.

tempo de espera é igual a todos os restaurantes.. sempre que fiz pedido nunca tive problemas,super indico o restaurante, se possível daria 6 ⭐
Good quality snack????
waiting time is the same as in all restaurants.. whenever I ordered, I never had any problems, I recommend the restaurant, if possible I would give 6 ⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanche ótimo! Mas, a demora não compensa. Sempre espero de 1h à 1h30. Entendo a demanda nos finais de semanas, porém, no app deveria ter horários de entrega e preparo mais precisos e verdadeiros com os clientes para evitar estresses com atrasos exagerados.
Great snack! But, the delay does not pay off. I always wait from 1 am to 1:30 am. I understand the demand on weekends, however, the app should have more accurate and truthful delivery and preparation times with customers to avoid stress with exaggerated delays.
