Pífia. Fiz a compra e demorou uma eternidade para prepararem (1 açaí e 1 salada de frutas). Porém o fim da picada foi quando pedi para ir ao banheiro (por conta da loja estar restrita a clientes) e depois de um grande jogo de empurra, a atendente informou que a responsável pediu para me avisar que o banheiro estava em manutenção. Resumindo, nunca mais pretendo passar por esse estabelecimento.

Péssimo atendimento. Eu como um dos entregadores da rappi sigo corretamente todos os protocolos, ruim é vcs fazerem os entregadores aguardarem em um local onde não oferece nenhuma proteção seja contra chuva,pior se tiver chovendo granizo e contra o Sol de rachar como estava no dia, já que vcs não oferecem um local de aguardo dos entregadores, que pelo menos possamos chegar no estabelecimento e o pedido já esteja pronto pra retirar. Pior ainda foi ter que ficar ouvindo piadinhas por eu ter questionado que se estivesse uma chuva forte os entregadores não poderiam ficar ali já que não poderia aguardar vcs fazerem o pedido no local. Classifiquei o lugar sim como ruim sim por esses diversos fatores. Que pelo menos os pedidos já estivessem prontos para retirada e pelas piadinhas dos funcionários. Não esqueça da divulgação boca a boca e vcs também dependem de nós. Passar bem

Preferem perder um cliente assíduo do que corrigir a entrega de um pedido entregue com itens faltantes. ATUALIZANDO…. Depois de 4 ligações os ‘SUPERIORES’ autorizaram a corrigir o erro deles mesmos e entregaram o item faltante… desgaste desnecessário…

Ja fiz diversos pedidos nesse lugar e pra minha surpresa hoje simplesmente nao entregarn e não deram a minima satisfação. Era pra minha mae, uma idosa. Se ela não me avisa iamos perder o dinheiro. Nesse lugar nunca mais.
