Pedi no ifood. O atendimento é péssimo. Cancelar um pedido é direito do cliente. E pelo ifood é impossível. Falei com eles e não queriam cancelar (convenientemente o pedido tava pago com antecedência então não fizeram o mínimo esforço). E o pedido foi feito e saiu pra entrega. Mas ele chegou? Não, não chegou. Eu poderia até mesmo processar o restaurante pelo pedido que não aconteceu. PÉSSIMO.
I wanted the option of ZERO STARS.
I ordered at ifood. The service is terrible. Canceling an order is the customer's right. And ifood is impossible. I spoke with them and they didn't want to cancel (conveniently the order was paid in advance so they didn't make the least effort). And the order was placed and left for delivery. But did he arrive? No, it hasn't arrived. I could even sue the restaurant for the order that didn't happen. TERRIBLE.
