Horrible, I was waiting almost 2 hours for açaí and then they refused to deliver the order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I JUST DON'T PLACE THE STARS PQ DON'T HAVE THIS OPTION HERE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior açaí de toda a Slz! Fiz o pedido 18:30 e tinha previsão de entrega para 20:00/20:30. Ao passar 30 minutos de atraso, entrei em contato com o açaí e me disseram que estava a caminho, quando fez 1 hora de atraso mandei mensagem novamente e disseram que estava a caminho, depois de mais de 1 hora de atraso ( fora o que já tinha já tinha esperado o tempo de espera) a loja CANCELOU meu pedido. Total desrespeito com o cliente, fiquei sem meu açaí e me fez esperar de 18:30 as 22:00 da noite. NÃO RECOMENDO!! NÃO COMPREM!!
The worst açaí in all of Slz! I placed the order at 6:30 pm and was scheduled for delivery at 20:00/20:30. When I was 30 minutes late, I contacted the açaí and they told me it was on its way, when it was 1 hour late I sent a message again and they said I was on the way, after more than 1 hour of delay (other than that already had already waited for the waiting time) the store CANCELED my order. Total disrespect to the customer, I was without my açaí and made me wait from 18:30 to 22:00 at night. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! DON'T BUY!!

Terrible, I ordered the açaí at 1:40 pm, it only arrived at 5:00 pm, and it tastes more like ice than açaí.
