★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho uma falta grande de respeito cancelarem 2x o pedido feito pelo iFood, sendo que chegou a ser verificado e ter sido confirmado o início de preparo. Se não poder entregar no local escolhido ou qualquer outro tipo de problema, deveria informar antes de confirmar que o pedido já foi pro preparo. Pior que pelo app não tem nem como ter contato, nem o motivo eles dizem. Espero que alguém daí possa responder ou ver o que está acontecendo com esses pedidos.
I think it is a great lack of respect to cancel 2x the order made by iFood, and it has been verified and the start of preparation has been confirmed. If you are unable to deliver to the chosen location or any other type of problem, you should inform us before confirming that the order has already been prepared. Worse than through the app there is no way to get in touch, nor the reason they say. I hope someone from there can respond or see what is going on with those requests.
