★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O açaí é muito bom,porem a enrtrega é uma droga sempre que peço por telefone alem de levar mais de duas horas pra chegar o peido vem diferente do que pedi,falta algumas coisas ou vem trocado. não recomendo pedir delivery e o motoboy mal educado e grosseiro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui às 17:30 pedir um açaí pra viagem e a funcionária estava no celular, não prestou atenção e acabou errando o pedido. Mas o único problema mesmo foi que ela foi grossa e disse que " o cliente tem que pedir direito"... Desnecessário uma funcionária desse perfil pra um açaí que costuma ser bom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi um dos melhores açaí da região, no início tinha muitas variedades, como os ótimos cremes (incluindo o de banana) e bastante frutas. Hoje, quando vc encontra o local aberto, já não tem mais uma grande variedade e é uma vergonha a quantidade de fruta, 1(um) morango cortado e 4 fatias de banana, (acho que não dá nem meia banana), ridículo. O açaí é de ótima qualidade, espero que reveja suas escolhas e tornem a crescer e não a regredir, pois se continuar a perda de clientes será inevitável. Uma empresa que regride e não evolui não próspera. As pessoas querem mais qualidades e variedades não o contrário.
It was once one of the best açaí in the region, at the beginning it had many varieties, such as great creams (including banana) and plenty of fruit. Today, when you find the place open, you no longer have a great variety and it is a shame the amount of fruit, 1 (one) cut strawberry and 4 banana slices, (I think it doesn't even give half a banana), ridiculous. Açaí is of great quality, I hope you will review your choices and grow again and not regress, as if you continue to lose customers it will be inevitable. A company that regresses and does not evolve is not prosperous. People want more qualities and varieties not the other way around.

O do bonfiglioli o atendimento é muito bom, pessoas super educadas e atenciosas, costumo ir todo final de semana.
Mas o do morumbi tem uma funcionária(Sara) eu acho, que precisa melhorar muito.
Não tem o mínimo de educação, parece que ta fazendo um favor em te atender.
Fui atendido por ela 2 vezes e nas duas vezes ela foi super mal educada e grossa. Não tem perfil nenhum pra trabalhar com o publico.
Infelizmente eu não costumo fazer avaliações, mas como fui mal atendido por duas vezes consecutivas e gosto muito do açaí tive que comentar pra ver se melhoram nesse ponto.
