Infelizmente tive uma experiência péssima. Pedi um açaí deste restaurante via Ifood. O pedido foi confirmado e simplesmente após aguardar quase 2 horas pelo pedido que nunca chegava solicitei o cancelamento do mesmo.
Conclusão: Não posso avaliar a qualidade dos produtos, pois sequer recebi meu pedido. Mas o atendimento é nota ZERO, pois sequer se justificaram do ocorrido.
Se não são capazes de organizar uma entrega, não estejam no Ifood. Mas se houve um problema, sejam transparentes e educados com o cliente.
Não recomendo.
Confused service and neglect with the consumer
Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. I ordered an açaí from this restaurant via Ifood. The order was confirmed and simply after waiting almost 2 hours for the order that never arrived, I asked to cancel it.
Conclusion: I cannot evaluate the quality of the products, as I have not even received my order. But the service is rated ZERO, as they were not even justified of what happened.
If you are unable to arrange a delivery, do not be on Ifood. But if there was a problem, be transparent and polite to the customer.
I do not recommend.
