★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é bonita e tal, mas aquele açaí certamente não é da Gelatus, é o que deixa a desejar, pois quem conhece vai na expectativa e se depara com açaí dos reis(?), que não é mt bom.

Fiz um pedido pelo ifood, chegou com mais de 1h de atraso, e o atendente ficou me fazendo de idiota dizendo que o palhaço do motoboy estava no meu endereço. E quando o motoboy chegou, o açaí tinha virado suco, não veio meus confeti, não veio colher e o copo não veio cheio.
Dinheiro jogado fora. Não recomendo!
Aprendam à ter respeito àqueles que compram com vocês e esperam um bom atendimento, pois é o mínimo que deveriam fazer.
Unfortunately today I had the displeasure to know this ice cream shop.
I made a request for ifood, arrived more than 1h late, and the clerk made a fool of me saying that the motoboy's clown was at my address. And when the motoboy arrived, the açaí had become juice, did not come my confetti, did not come spoon and the glass did not come full.
Money thrown away. Would not recommend!
Learn to have respect for those who buy from you and expect good service, as that is the least you should do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência. Já conhecia e gostava do açaí. Convidei minha amiga para irmos no local, para relaxar. Quando chegamos havia uma família com varias crianças que estavam ocupando todos os bancos com assento almofadado, que era onde queríamos sentar. Sentamos em um banco enquanto as crianças saiam e voltavam em nossa mesa e mexiam em nossos capacetes e os pais não falavam nada e nem o dono. Me senti mal e envergonhada pela minha amiga, que mau conseguia ouvir o que ela falava de tanta gritaria e corre corre. Aínda a mãe das crianças ficava falando gracinha para provocar... a imagem que eu tinha do local aconchegante é tranquilo caiu por terra. Não indico mais.
I had a bad experience. I already knew and liked açaí. I invited my friend to go there, to relax. When we arrived there was a family with several children who were occupying all the cushioned seats, which was where we wanted to sit. We sat on a bench while the kids left and returned to our table and fiddled with our helmets and the parents didn't say anything and neither did the owner. I felt bad and embarrassed for my friend, who could barely hear what she was saying because of so much screaming and running. Even the children's mother kept talking cutely to provoke... the image I had of the cozy place is peaceful fell to the ground. I no longer indicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pedido no delivery demora pelo menos mais meia hora além do previsto. O açaí vendido como sendo de 500ml na verdade é entregue em um copo de 473ml. O preço é razoável. Peça sem pressa.
The order at delivery takes at least half an hour longer than expected. Açaí sold as 500ml is actually delivered in a 473ml cup. Pricing is reasonable. Order without haste.
