★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedia açaí, chegava tombado, maioria das vezes pedia 2 3 açaís e só chegava 1, pedia pra trazer os outros demorava mais de uma hora pra chegar, pouco caso dos clientes e notícias completamente irresponsáveis. perderam uma cliente.
 I ordered açaí, it arrived fallen, most of the time I ordered 2 3 açaí and only 1 arrived, I asked to bring the others, it took more than an hour to arrive, little case of customers and completely irresponsible news. they lost a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vi e nunca passei atendimento pior que esse, meu pedido demorou 2 horas pra chegar e o atendimento é péssimo, nunca vi atendente tão mal educada e motoboy que além de trazer um pedido atrasado chega buzinando igual um maluco! Primeira e última vez.
I've never seen and never had worse service than this, my order took 2 hours to arrive and the service is terrible, I've never seen such a rude attendant and motoboy who, in addition to bringing a late order, arrives honking like a crazy person! First and last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Fiz um pedido as 18:05 com entrega para no máximo 45 minutos. E as 19:40 quando entrei em contato questionando o atraso, a atendente disse que estava esperando alguém chegar com troco para o meu pedido. Absurdo !! Nunca vi comércio abrir a operação do dia sem troco para atender os clientes ! Totalmente despreparados.
Não recomendarei a ninguém!

Terrible attendance! I placed an order at 18:05 with delivery for a maximum of 45 minutes. And at 19:40 when I got in touch questioning the delay, the attendant said she was waiting for someone to arrive with change for my order. Absurd!! I've never seen a trade open the day's operation without change to serve customers! Totally unprepared.
I will not recommend to anyone!

O motoboy disse que veio mas nem chamou no interfone, acabei ficando sem meu pedido pq o motoboy foi embora pra casa antes do horário de encerramento, fiquei sem meu açaí, esperei mais de 3 horas para não receber nada e ainda perder a oportunidade de comprar em um outro local que tenha mais comprometimento com os clientes… totalmente decepcionada!
I placed an order knowing that it took too long to receive. The motoboy said he came but didn't even call on the intercom, I ended up without my order because the motoboy left home before closing time, I didn't have my açaí, I waited more than 3 hours to not receive anything and still miss the opportunity to buy at another location that has more commitment to customers… totally disappointed!
