Se o cliente precisar, tem que explicar três vezes ou mais, na segunda a pessoa começa a ficar ríspida. ATENDIMENTO PÉSSIMO, tá cheio de gente querendo trabalhar. Fui há mais de 1 mês.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisa melhorar muito açai estremamente duro congelado ,nao da para comer na hr tem q levar p viajem esperar derreter um pouco . Pedi o pote de 1 litro porem eh meio enganoso pq nao vem um litro se vc pedir calda creme etc... o certo seria fazer jus a propaganda 1 litro é um litro e o creme seria um complemento a mais que é o correto .

Fui no estabelecimento... ontem dia 12/02/2022 por volta dàs 17:10 à 18:00 horas, tomar um Açaí, acompanhado.
Só havia uma funcionária no momemto e nos atendeu, sentamos em uma mesa e haviam mais 2 mesas ocupadas.
Recebemos o pedido e seguimos tomando o Açaí.
Após alguns minutos os outros clientes foram embora.
Neste momento chegou uma outra funcionária, sem uniforme.
Com claro descontentamento do trabalho. Começou reclamar em voz alta para a outra funcionária.
" Que os clientes dela eram pobres, maloqueiros e sem educação, por deixarem as mesas bagunçadas."
Olhando para nossa mesa. A outra funcionária que estava dentro do balcão respondeu que os clientes não eram dela que os verdadeiros clientes dela éramos nós. Nada satisfeita com a resposta da companheira de trabalho a funcionária que chegou sem uniforme respondeu: que bom, pois éramos melhor nós clientes ficarmos assim comportados e organizados se não iríamos ver.
Me senti constrangido e humilhado, automaticamente iríamos levantar e reclamar, percebi que a mesma estava muito alterada.
Então resolvi sair do recinto. Mas deixo aqui minha indignação com o ocorrido. Nunca mais irei nesse estabelecimento e não recomendo pra ninguém, me sinto muito mais muito humilhado com o que ocorreu. Não consigo parar de pensar como fui tão mautratado e não poder reagir, me sinto até hoje um lixo por não me defender.

We received the order and continued drinking the Açaí.
After a few minutes the other customers left.
At this moment another employee arrived, without uniform.
With clear displeasure at work. He started complaining loudly to the other employee.
"That her customers were poor, maloqueiros and uneducated, for leaving the tables messy."
Looking at our table. The other employee who was inside the counter replied that the customers were not hers, her real customers were us. Not satisfied with the response from her co-worker, the employee who arrived without a uniform replied: that's good, because it would be better for us customers to stay well behaved and organized if we wouldn't see it.
I felt embarrassed and humiliated, we would automatically get up and complain, I realized that she was very upset.
So I decided to leave the room. But I leave here my indignation with what happened. I will never go to this establishment again and do not recommend it to anyone, I feel much more humiliated by what happened. I can't stop thinking about how I was so mistreated and not being able to react, I still feel like garbage for not defending myself.
