★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento pra entrega é péssimo!Liguei hoje às 11:20 e fiz o pedido. Liguei novamente às 12:20 e a pessoa que atendeu falou "já está saindo", agora 13:12 e a entrega não foi feita e o telefone ninguém atende!Desrespeito total com o consumidor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho mostrar minha indignação com este estabelecimento, pois, já a segunda vez que faço pedico e entregam com nome de outra pessoa, acho isso uma falta de respeito com o consumidor.
Falei meu nome no pedido e mesmo assim colocaram o nome de outra pessoa, ressalto que não é a primeira vez. É preciso um pouco mais de cuidado com o serviço prestado!

3 litros de Açaí comprados, dois azedos e um normal. O Açaí estragado foi constatado pelo dono, mas afirmou, categoricamente: "este Açaí não é nosso!!", insinuando que eu estava mentindo e tentando enganar o estabelecimento. Fui tratado mal por uma das funcionárias, que atende pelo nome de Andrea, que, quando ouviu eu dizer que a casa acabara de perder um cliente de 20 anos, desdenhou:"Graças a Deus, o prazer é nosso não termos mais você como cliente". O dono do estabelecimento ressarciu mas, lamentavelmente, não teve a hombridade de aceitar o erro e preferiu dizer, em outras palavras, que o cliente mentiu. Esta não é uma postura de empresa séria e o comportamento hostil e desrespeitoso da funcionária Andrea reflete o despreparo que esta empresa tem pro mercado. Perderam um cliente antigo. E, como a funcionária Andrea bem disse, é um prazer não ser mais cliente do Iaçá!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Açaí de boa qualidade, além de contar com serviço de entrega. As queixas de tempo q tenho é que sempre que ligo nunca atendem, tenho que ligar no mínimo umas 5 vezes para ser atendida e também tem um valor um pouco mais alto que o resto da cidade.
