★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom o açaí porém,pecam no atendimento. Fui pedir pela segunda vez, entrei em contato pelo whatsapp para pedir pelo whatsapp menu. Lá estava constando que a acaiteria estava fechada ( sábado 17:00 da tarde) mandei pelo whatsapp perguntando se estava fechado, e eles disseram que estavam aberto até às 20:00. Ninguém respondeu! Falta de informações ou desinteresse em receber pedidos. O açaí de vocês é maravilhoso,muito bem caprichado e eu queira realmente virar cliente fidelizado de vocês pq eu adorei o açaí. Porém no atendimento online deixam a desejar !
The açaí is very good, however, they lack the service. I went to ask for the second time, I got in touch via whatsapp to ask for the whatsapp menu. There it was stated that the acaiteria was closed (Saturday 17:00 pm) I sent it through whatsapp asking if it was closed, and they said they were open until 20:00. Nobody answered! Lack of information or disinterest in receiving orders. Your açaí is wonderful, very well prepared and I really want to become your loyal customer because I loved the açaí. However, the online service leaves something to be desired!

Super recomended the "AÇAÍ JOY" family atmosphere, a great care, everything very clean and organized amei kkkk ... has some tables, to take the family and friends tbm, to take that delicious açaí with several types of accompaniments, chocolate white, milk chocolate, cupuaçu, paçoca, milk powder and other mtos ... we love the place?❤ me and my family will be back more often with sureaaaaa
