Aumento de mais de 50 por cento em duas semanas?? Vcs devem estar ficando malucos ou achando que os clientes tem cara de trouxa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre visitei o local e sempre gostei, porem desta vez me assustei com o reajuste do Preço, e fora que o açaí estava bem diferente o sabor, um cliente caiu pq a cadeira quebrou, e os funcionários riram atrás do balcão, triste ver esse péssimo atendimento!

O açaí é aguado e o atendente não sabe explica direito sobre o proprio cardapio.
Única vantagem foi estarem abertos enquanto os outros ja haviam fechado.

The açaí is watery and the attendant doesn't know how to explain it well about the menu itself.
The only advantage was that they were open while the others had already closed.

Sempre tomei açaí nesse estabelecimento, porém hj cheguei e levei um susto: aumento de CINQUENTA POR CENTO de uma semana pra outra.
É certo que tudo está aumentando, mas de 18 reais pra 26 em uma semana? Um absurdo!
Infelizmente virei as costas e fui embora. Não tenho o que falar do sabor do açaí, excelente. Mas tratar como palhaço não da.

RESPOSTA: Parabéns por vc ter condições de pagar "240 reais por pessoa em um restaurante com vista para o Ibirapuera". Mas aí eu te pergunto: idai? O que isso tem a ver ? Absolutamente nada. Isso só demonstra um pouco da personalidade e, consequentemente, da gestão do lugar.
Concordo que tudo aumentou nós últimos meses, está realmente tudo muito caro. Além disso, vc como PJ precisa arcar com diversos impostos e burocracias que esse país, infelizmente, exige.
Sou cliente de vcs desde 2016 e COM TODA CERTEZA eu posso falar: não era o mesmo preço de 2019. De lá pra cá existiram reajustes (que são totalmente compreensíveis). Porém, há duas semanas atrás eu tomei o mesmo açaí por 18,50 e ontem estava 26,50. Vcs realmente acham isso normal?
Pq não foi aumentando aos poucos? Achei isso um absurdo e eu como consumidor estou no meu direito de reclamar disso.
Fique tranquilo, o seu açaí é o melhor que já tomei, o seu espaço é mto legal tbm e agora, com esse "simbólico" reajuste vc continuará almoçando diversas vezes no restaurante de "240 reias por pessoa com vista para o Ibirapuera".

I always drank açaí at this establishment, but today I arrived and got a fright: a FIFTY PERCENT increase from one week to another.

Don't worry, your açaí is the best I've ever had, your space is really cool too and now, with this "symbolic" readjustment, you'll continue to have lunch several times at the restaurant with "240 reais per person overlooking Ibirapuera".

Uma coisa que talvez não tenha ficado claro é: O reajuste não é problema, mas sim o quanto de reajuste houve. Aumentar 3 reais ou 5 reais gradativamente? Sem problemas! Obviamente é compreensível devido a inflação ou pandemia. Contudo, aumentar 7 reais DE UMA SEMANA PARA OUTRA SIM, visto que o aumento NÃO FOI gradativo, é inconcebível. Em relação a outras marcas de açaí, por gentileza, levar em consideração o peso que uma marca de anos e que tem diversas lojas possui. Será que realmente é possível comprar o Oakberry com o Açaí no Ponto? Se sim, qual seria a diferença do Mcdonalds e do lanche da esquina de casa?! Me entristece ver estabelecimentos com tamanha qualidade tomarem atitudes assim, bem como responderem seus clientes com nada mais que justificativas pessoais e frágeis de argumentação.

A: Dear owner, your private life has nothing to do with the prices of your establishment, please know how to differentiate CPF from CNPJ! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Açaí no ponto is a good place take an açai, as you can think kkk, they do an excellent job with açai with fruits and açai's juice mixed with fruits or energetic drink. An excellent attendance and a nice plane it's a nice place to come with your family, girlfriend, boyfriend or friends, or even alone! It has 2 floors, the 1st floor have a, not so loud, radio music, but the noise of machines are kind of annoying. The 2nd floor is open to the sky (if I can say this way), with a beautiful view to Kennedy's Avenue, much less louder than the 1st one, a problem of the 2nd floor it the electric wires, that pass right in front of this location, isn't dangerous, but the view get a little but compromised. That's all, an excellent place. Come to see it yourself
