Mas a nota não depende apenas do ambiente, levando em consideração a qualidade do produto, também 100%. Açaí de qualidade, cremoso de verdade sem pedrinhas de gelo. O que pecou foi o atendimento. A atendente me tratou como se estivesse me fazendo um favor, sem carisma, sem educação, demonstrando impaciência. Hoje não adianta você ter ambiente e qualidade do produto se não tem qualidade no atendimento. O carisma e a empatia na hora de atender as pessoas é fundamental para a fidelização dos clientes. Pra mim, fica difícil voltar lá para não ser bem atendido. Espero que melhorem, para o bem do negócio de vocês. Fora isso, tudo ok, quando forem, já vão cientes do que pode acontecer. Talvez não seja sempre...
