No quesito entregas, deixa a desejar por um pequeno detalhe.. Não tem WhatsApp para pedidos online, assim como eu, já vi outros clientes solicitando o mesmo e não serem atendidos, uma coisinha tão simples de solucionar que até hoje está em falta.
 Nice atmosphere, good quality acai, affordable prices and great service! I recommend!
In terms of deliveries, it leaves something to be desired. There is no WhatsApp for online orders, just like me, I've seen other customers requesting the same and not being met, a simple thing to solve that is still missing.

Really the quality of your product is wonderful, but you want to deliver it for the delay where I wait up to two hours, I was received by a Whatsapp attendant very coldly in your service, and the guy who delivers, super polite THANK YOU, is tip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha dado 5 estrelas, mas infelizmente de um tempo pra cá só venho tendo problemas com esse lugar, todas as vezes que faço pedido vem faltando ou errado e eles não resolvem o problema. Infelizmente perdeu uma cliente perdi a paciência e não compro mais nesse lugar.
I had given it 5 stars, but unfortunately for a while now I’ve only been having problems with this place, every time I order it it’s missing or wrong and they don’t solve the problem. Unfortunately I lost a client, I lost my patience and I don't buy in that place anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Fiz um pedido e levou quase 3 horas e meia pra chegar! Fiquei perguntando no zap eles visualizaram e não respondiam. No final disseram q tinham mtos pedidos, afinal que lugar é esse com tantos pedidos que levam mais de 3 horas e meia pra entregar? E isso é pq pagamos taxa de entrega em. Não tiveram um pingo de atenção e consideração comigo que sou cliente! Não recomendo, estou super insatisfeita com o serviço prestado!
Terrible! I placed an order and it took almost 3 ½ hours to arrive! I was asking in the zap they viewed and did not respond. In the end they said they had a lot of orders, after all what is this place with so many orders that take more than 3 ½ hours to deliver? And that is why we pay the delivery fee in. They didn't have an ounce of attention and consideration with me as a customer! I do not recommend it, I am very dissatisfied with the service provided!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma vitamina de AÇAÍ veio só com gosto de BANANA deveria vim pelo menos com um pouco de gosto de açaí, não gostei, ao invés de pedir desculpas debocha.
I asked for an AÇAÍ smoothie it came only with a taste of BANANA I should have at least come with a little taste of açaí, I didn't like it, instead of apologizing mockingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente pecam muito na entrega e até mesmo no tempo de resposta no Chat. Estou a menos de 500mt do local, 1h30min e nada do meu pedido... Bora procurar outro açaí pra fidelizar.
Unfortunately, they sin a lot in delivery and even in chat response time. I'm less than 500m from the place, 1h30min and nothing of my order... Let's look for another açaí to make loyalty.
