★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito pouco recheio, eles cobram o mesmo preço das combinações de outras empresas que colocam muito mais recheio e colocam "frete grátis" só para você "achar" que está ganhando alguma coisa. No início eles colocavam bastante agora eles põe pouquinho e quando vc reclama eles respondem que "infelizmente é assim mesmo". Fui cliente por muito tempo agora vou investir em outras empresas que sabem cuidar de seus cliente e entregam o que é justo.
Very little stuffing, they charge the same price as the combinations of other companies that put much more stuffing and put "free shipping" just so you "feel" that you're getting something. In the beginning they put a lot, now they put it a little and when you complain they say "unfortunately that's how it is". I have been a client for a long time now I will invest in other companies that know how to take care of their clients and deliver what is fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento e nem do açaí, pedi o acompanhamento de Nutella e morango, a Nutella não tinha gosto da Nutella original e o morango estava com gosto de estragado além de chegar no caixa pra pagar e o preço não ser mesmo do cardápio.
Editando: quanto ao valor estou me referindo ao valor do morango que no cardápio estava 3,50 e no caixa foi cobrado 4,00 alegando que os clientes que arrancam os preços, sendo que isso não é problema meu e sim de vc corrigir o cardápio, não irei questionar o valor, pq cada um sabe o valor que deve cobrar, mais deveriam arrumar o cardápio. Quanto ao morango estragado, ele realmente estava, eu comi e eu sei o gosto que estava, não preciso inventar para denegrir vcs, prestem mais atenção nos ingredientes de vcs e levem como uma crítica construtiva. Quanto ao atendimento, deixou a desejar sim, foi a primeira vez e a última a voltar no estabelecimento, ainda mais depois da resposta de vcs.
