★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito total com o cliente. Fiz um pedido, por volta de 12h, falaram que aí entregar, até perguntei quanto seria pra virem me entregar disseram que não seria nada. Apenas o valor do litro de açai. Quase 2h depois liguei. Mas não vieram. Liguei várias vezes e não me atenderam mais. Se não queriam vender era só ter avisado, pois não ficaria igual uma idiota esperando. Não esqueçam, são os clientes que mantém um estabelecimento aberto. Deixo aqui minha indignação.
Lack of total respect for the client. I made a request, around 12 o'clock, they said to deliver there, I even asked how much it would be to come and deliver me, they said it would not be anything. Just the liter value of açai. Almost 2 hours later I called. But they did not come. I called several times and they did not answer me any more. If they did not want to sell it was just to warn, because it would not look like an idiot waiting. Do not forget, it is the customers who keep an establishment open. I leave my indignation here.
