★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O açaí como sempre estava maravilhoso, porém havia um pombo entrando no espaço que a gente senta pra lanchar e até ali dentro, na entrada da loja, onde nos servimos. Isso foi chato.
The açaí was wonderful as always, but there was a pigeon entering the space where we sit to have a snack and even inside, at the entrance of the store, where we serve ourselves. That was boring.

The best açaí in Rio de Janeiro, the highlight goes to the incredible artisanal paçoca made by the store is dos Deuses. The best you can buy just the paçoca and enjoy it at home (the hominy is great) I highly recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente o pior Açaí que já tomei e atendimento péssimo, fui pela primeira vez devido os comentários positivos e pelas avaliações, mas me arrependi amargamente. Então pra começar já achei os valores mto alto mas como era com frutas ai achei aceitável e justo, mas não tinha fruta nenhuma. Kkkkk... parece até engraçado mas pagamos Meu e Esposa , compramos 2 de R$ 11,00 açaí com frutas mas sem frutas porque não tinha FRUTA. Ai pra piorar a outra atendente fazendo questão de 0,20 da pessoa que estava depois de mim e iria comprar 2 copos de uns 9,00 e a pessoa toda sem graça falando pensei que estava certo mas vou no carro buscar, nossa fiquei abismado de a atendente falando umas 3ou4 vezes olha esta errado seu dinheiro esta faltando 0,20 centavos. Então sentamos para degustar e saborear o açaí, então minha Esposa comentou nossa que o açaí esta com pedaços de gelo e mto molengo, ai experimentei e realmente estava um pouco mole e no final do meu encontrei alguns pedaços de gelo, não era um açaí cremoso não. Então minha experiência foi a pior de todas, não sou de reclamar ou fazer críticas. Pq certas avaliações podem levantar ou Afundar o estabelecimento mas oq presenciei hoje tem q ser relatado. Pq assim fica a critério do local corrigir as criticas e melhorar alguns pontos, ou não fazer questão nenhuma e continuar fazendo. Mas para mim o pior de tdo q ficara marcado nessas situações q presenciei, foi a falta de bom senso e compaixão na atendente fazer questão de 0,20 que estava faltando da menina q iria comprar depois de mim. Peço desculpas pelo desabafo e por qualquer coisa q vim a falar, mas q sirva de lição. Para mim foi a primeira e última.
Honestly the worst Açaí I've ever had and terrible service, I went for the first time due to the positive comments and evaluations, but I regretted it bitterly. So to start I already found the values very high but as it was with fruits there I found it acceptable and fair, but there was no fruit. Kkkkk ... it looks funny, but we paid My and Wife, we bought 2 of R $ 11.00 açaí with fruits but without fruits because there was no FRUIT. Then to make the other attendant worse, insisting on 0.20 of the person who was after me and would buy 2 glasses of about 9.00 and the whole person without grace saying I thought it was right but I go in the car to get it, wow I was amazed to the attendant talking about 3 or 4 times looks wrong her money is missing 0.20 cents. So we sat down to taste and taste the açaí, then my Wife commented that our açaí is with pieces of ice and very soft, there I tried it and it was really a little soft and at the end of mine I found some pieces of ice, it was not a creamy açaí do not. So my experience was the worst of all, I am not one to complain or criticize. Because certain evaluations can raise or sink the establishment but what I witnessed today has to be reported. Because it is up to the local discretion to correct the criticisms and improve some points, or not to ask any questions and keep doing it. But for me the worst of all that was marked in these situations that I witnessed, was the lack of common sense and compassion in the attendant to insist on 0.20 that was missing from the girl who would buy after me. I apologize for the outburst and for anything I came to talk about, but q serve as a lesson. For me it was the first and last.
