★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento no Ifood, meu pedido veio trocado hoje dia 04/07 e nem respondem o chat. Não atendem o telefone e liguei bem antes de fechar. Simplesmente não deveriam nem vender no Ifood, pois com essa atitude só mostra desrespeito com o cliente e vocês dependem do cliente. Ainda vou pagar por uma coisa que não pedir e nem tentaram resolver, aliás nem deram a mínima porque fecharam sem ver os pedidos que reclamaram, um absurdo.
Bad service at Ifood, my order was changed today, 07/04 and they don't even answer the chat. They don't answer the phone and I called right before closing. You simply shouldn't even sell at Ifood, because with this attitude you only show disrespect to the customer and you depend on the customer. I'm still going to pay for something that I didn't ask for and they didn't even try to solve, in fact they didn't give a damn because they closed without seeing the requests they complained about, an absurdity.

Falando com eles, colocam a situação como “pedido a caminho”, só que isso fica mais de uma hora assim, ou seja, mentira. No chat ainda ficam dando desculpas que o cliente não tem o porque saber (faltou motoboy), que tivessem então configurado o iFood para não parecer que seria rápida a entrega! Desonestos e incompententes!!
Total disrespect to the customer! I ordered through iFood, 2 hours later and nothing arrived. Talking to them, they put the situation as a “request on the way”, but it stays like that for more than an hour, that is, a lie. In the chat, they are still giving excuses that the customer has no reason to know (the courier was missing), that they had then configured the iFood so as not to appear that delivery would be fast!
