★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim, demora muito para fazer os pedidos, mesmo quando vamos retirar no local. Muitos funcionários sem fazer nada e a demora é absurda. Falta coisas e eles não avisam antes de fazermos os pedidos.
 Very bad service, takes a long time to place orders, even when we are going to pick up on site. Many employees doing nothing and the delay is absurd. Things are missing and they don't let us know before we order.

O restaurante não possui telefone fixo para contato, WhatsApp ninguém responde, o aplicativo não permite que você cancele o pedido. Há diversas avaliações negativas por aqui e o restaurante não muda comportamento de péssimo atendimento. O produto que oferecem é bom, contudo o atendimento é puro descaso com o cliente. Não há um responsável neste espaço que possa melhorar isso? Aproveita a oportunidade de ser um novo ano, e busque estratégias para melhoria do atendimento. Talvez substituir ou contratar mais profissionais possa ajudar! Fica a dica.
It is inadmissible to wait more than 3 hours to receive the product, which you order through the app and say that delivery will take up to 90 minutes. The restaurant does not have a landline for contacting, whatsApp nobody answers, the app does not allow you to cancel the order. There are several negative reviews around here and the restaurant does not change poor service behavior. The product they offer is good, however the service is pure disregard for the customer. Isn't there a person in charge in this space who can improve this? Take the opportunity to be a new year, and look for strategies to improve service. Mas eu fiquei esperando minha salada de fruta uma hora e meia e quando veio, veio errada…Pra mim trazer outra esperei mas 1hora, reclamei e nada. No total fiquei 3 horas esperando uma salada de frutas.
A melhor opção é retirar na loja, pois entrega deixa à desejar.
Their stuff is very good, too delicious, congratulations…
But I was waiting for an hour and a half for my fruit salad and when it came, it came wrong…For me to bring another one, I waited 1 hour, complained and nothing. In total I spent 3 hours waiting for a fruit salad.
The best option is to pick up in store, as delivery leaves something to be desired.

Eu fui no Terra Brasil um container na av satélite... um lugar top, com Atendimento ótimo e produtos excelentes! Finalmente um lugar bom p tomar açaí perto de casa...
Horrible service... I've never seen it take so long to make 1 açaí, it took 1h30 and they still leave you talking to yourself...

Pedi para retirar e depois de 2 horas quando cheguei na loja ainda nao estava pronto, no site tem a informação que são 45 minutos para a entega.
Quando perguntei fui informada que tinham 3 na minha frente e levaram 20 minutos para me entregar.
O que eu não entendi é que as coberturas e as frutas ficam somente na tampa do copo, nao faz por camada com o acai.
Bem administrado, tinham umas 12 meninas , umas 3 trabalhando e o restante comentando do movimento e uns 8 motoboys aguardando os pedidos.
Prefira o acai do Raffaello

When I asked I was told they had 3 in front of me and they took 20 minutes to deliver to me.
What I didn't understand is that the toppings and fruits are only on the lid of the glass, not layered with the acai.
Well managed, there were about 12 girls, about 3 working and the rest commenting on the movement and about 8 motoboys waiting for orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento já pedi outras vezes e sempre a entrega demora muito, porém sempre insistia em comprar pela qualidade do produto, porém já virou falta de respeito com os consumidores! moro a 5minutos da loja de moto e hoje em plena terça feira fiz meu pedido as 21:20 é 23:50 e não chegou, não dá pra entender, pq entendo que final de semana a demanda é maior, mas em plena terça feira? É muito descaso! Não peça pois só irá passar raiva ! Não recomendo !atendimento péssimo !
