★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento presencial péssimo, atendente me viu chegando sentei a mesa e ela continuou conversando com uma pessoa, veio me atender com uma arrogância que eu pensava que era a Jade kkkk, ia comer lá mais a mesmo já foi logo me instruindo a ser pra viagem, meu esposo ficou sem entender o pq, já que eu tinha dito que iria comer no local, o kalzone é maravilhoso mais o atendimento presencial é péssimo, primeira vez que fui e tive uma experiência péssima, tem uma senhora que atende também achei ela bem solicita, agora a Jade picon kkk, pode ser até a dona mais não é assim que trata clientes em um estabelecimento não! Não precisa tá sorrindo não apenas atender com educação! E deixar o cliente decidir se vai levar ou comer lá! Se fosse assim tinham pedido delivery, primeira e última vez
Terrible face-to-face service, the attendant saw me arriving I sat at the table and she continued talking to a person, she came to serve me with an arrogance that I thought it was Jade lol, I was going to eat there but she was soon instructing me to be for the trip, my husband didn't understand why, since I had said I would eat there, the kalzone is wonderful but the face-to-face service is terrible, the first time I went and I had a terrible experience, there is a lady who attends too, I thought she was very solicitous , now Jade picon lol, she may even be the owner but that's not how she treats customers in an establishment! You don't have to be smiling, don't just answer with politeness! And let the customer decide whether to take or eat there! If so, they would have ordered delivery, first and last time.
