Com certeza vou voltar lá e super recomendo! Estive lá no último fim de semana no acamp jovem do distrito de Vila Galvão, foi bênção! Estão de parabéns! ??????
An amazing place, with lots of space and capacity for large groups, ideal for churches, colonial-style kitnets, courts, swimming pools, chapel, accommodation with several rooms, suites, games room, fire pit... excellent! I will definitely go back there and highly recommend it! I was there last weekend at the youth camp in Vila Galvão district, it was a blessing! They are to be congratulated! ??????

Após a estadia foi proposto que quem fizesse uma avaliação no Google, participaria de um sorteio para passar um final de semana na pousada. Ganhei o sorteio e já tentei por diversas vezes agendar e o telefone não funciona, no whatsapp não respondem, quando respondem falam que estão fechados para eventos. Ou seja o que interessava era apenas as avaliações.
Cuidado com as avaliações e não participem de sorteios propostos.

Em nenhum momento eu falei que o serviço foi ruim. O que não aconteceu, fomos bem atendidos.
A minha reclamação foi quanto a promoção que vocês fizeram e não cumpriram. Boa parte das pessoas que estiveram conosco no evento fizeram os comentários no google por causa do sorteio, quem não quer ganhar um final de semana para descansar.
E sim, depois eu entrei em contato perguntando sobre datas, vocês ofereceram 1 data em dezembro, na qual ja tinhamos compromisso agendado e sugeri a data de Março ou outra data.
Em nenhum momento vocês entraram em contato, sempre eu chamei no whatsapp e ligava. Não me respondiam e quando responderam as diversas mensagens, falaram que tinham evento agendado. Não se esforçaram em ajudar. E sim eu entrei em contato em dezembro, janeiro, fevereiro, Março e Abril. ( Tenho Print da conversa).
Seria muito mais bonito, vocês falarem, NÓS ERRAMOS NÃO DEMOS A ATENÇÃO NECESSÁRIA. Estaria resolvido.
Agora, que a pessoa que alugou o sítio entrou em contato com vocês e a avaliação apareceu no Google, vocês decidiram se pronunciar.
E não tenho interesse em diárias para eventos futuros, pois não houve uma preocupação anterior quando fui cliente.
E reforço o atendimento do Acampamento é muito bom, mas NÃO PARTICIPEM DE SORTEIOS, onde solicitam avaliações no Google.
I was in this inn last year together with several friends. After the stay, it was proposed that whoever did an evaluation on Google, would participate in a draw to spend a weekend at the inn. I won the draw and I've tried several times to schedule and the phone doesn't work, they don't answer on whatsapp, when they say they are closed for events. In other words, what mattered was only the evaluations.
Beware of reviews and do not participate in proposed sweepstakes.

I never said that the service was bad. What did not happen, we were well taken care of.
My complaint was about the promotion you guys made and didn't fulfill. Most of the people who were with us at the event made the comments on google because of the draw, who doesn't want to win a weekend to rest.
And yes, after I got in touch asking about dates, you offered 1 date in December, in which we already had an appointment scheduled and I suggested a date of March or another date.
At no time did you get in touch, I always called on whatsapp and called. They didn't answer me and when they answered the various messages, they said they had an event scheduled. They didn't try to help. And yes I got in touch in December, January, February, March and April. (I have Print of the conversation).
It would be much more beautiful, if you say, WE WRONG WE DIDN'T PAY THE NECESSARY ATTENTION. It would be resolved.
Now that the person who rented the site has contacted you and the review has appeared on Google, you have decided to speak up.
And I have no interest in rates for future events, as there was no previous concern when I was a customer.
And I reinforce the service at the Camp is very good, but DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN GIVEAWAYS, where you request reviews on Google.

A place with great value for money, a nice structure with an accessory team of 10, always willing to please the customer and provide the best during the time of stay to the campers. Not to mention the 5 meals note 10
