★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente local para retiros e reuniões evangélicas, a 20 minutos do centro de Ibiúna (7 km), 3 km de estrada de terra batida (boa estrada), ambiente agradável, local novo, vários quartos com cama de casal e beliches, banheiros individuais e coletivos nos principais pontos de circulação, piscina para adultos e crianças, campo de futebol, playground, mesa de bilhar, salão amplo, local fechado, ambiente seguro.
Excellent location for retreats and evangelical meetings, 20 minutes from the center of Ibiúna (7 km), 3 km of dirt road (good road), pleasant atmosphere, new location, several rooms with double beds and bunk beds, individual bathrooms and collective in the main circulation points, swimming pool for adults and children, soccer field, playground, pool table, large lounge, closed place, safe environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar e bonito , só precisa de algumas reformas , ex no banheiro feminino próximo ao salão , a porta principal do banheiro e tipo box e não fechava e não havia portas entre um vaso sanitário e outro de resto tudo ok
The place is beautiful , it just needs some renovations , ex in the women 's bathroom next to the lounge , the main door of the bathroom is box type and did not close and there were no doors between a toilet and another , otherwise everything ok

We spent the new year of 2022 at the farm and we only have compliments, very clean and cozy place, new facilities and everything working perfectly, wonderful place, homely and super attentive and friendly owner. We will definitely come back.
