Arquidiocesana Social Action (ASA) is a non-profit civil society organization, headquartered in the city of Teresina and operating throughout the state of Piauí. Founded on June 13, 1956 by Dom Avelar Brandão Vilela, ASA was born with the vocation to serve, becoming one of the most successful entities in Piauí focused on the assistance of people in vulnerable situations.
