★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde a década de 1980 que eu conheço,eu comprava da sogra da Leda, na época era um tabuleiro encima de cavaletes e panelas com vatapá caruru camarão ,tudo com muita higiene e a panela de dendê fervendo....e o cheiro no mundo.
Eu vinha do Colégio na praça do Carmo na hora do recreio so para degustar esse maravilhoso e apetitoso ACARAJÉ.
Since the 1980s that I know, I bought from Leda's mother-in-law, at the time it was a tray on top of easels and pans with vatapá caruru shrimp, all very hygienic and the oil palm pot boiling .... and the smell in the world .
I came from the College in Praça do Carmo at recess just to taste this wonderful and appetizing ACARAJÉ.

A Ieda é gente maravilhosa, tem um atendimento incrível.
O acarajé é muito bem servido, bastante recheado e saboroso.
Você não pode ir visitar a Praça do Ferreira e deixar de experimentar o acarajé mais famoso de Fortaleza.
Vale a pena experimentar.
Muito bom mesmo.
E quem apreciar, é só ir na pastelaria Leão do sul que fica em frente e compra aquele saborosíssimo caldo de cana para saborear junto ao acarajé da Ieda.

Ieda is wonderful people, has incredible service.
The acarajé is very well served, very stuffed and tasty.
You cannot go to Praça do Ferreira and stop experiencing the most famous acarajé in Fortaleza.
Worth a try.
Really good.
And whoever appreciates it, just go to the Leão do Sul pastry shop in front of you and buy that delicious sugarcane juice to taste next to the acarajé da Ieda.

Bolinhos num ótimo tamanho, bem servidos e com muito camarão. E com muita higiene no preparo.
