comprei um apartamento construĂdo por essa construtora no ato da vistoria foram encontrados reparos a serem feitos, jĂĄ estou completando dois meses com a chave e nĂŁo posso me mudar pois os reparos nĂŁo foram concluĂdos a empresa nĂŁo responde aos emails encaminhados, nĂŁo dĂĄ uma data para conclusĂŁo dos reparos, nĂŁo sinto segurança em deixar pertences no apartamento, pois eles ainda tem cĂłpia da chave, a energia elĂ©trica demorou dois meses para ser ligada e se jĂĄ nĂŁo bastasse todos os transtornos citados durante a pintura as paredes começaram a descascar e agora ao instalar o chuveiro apareceu uma infiltração na parede. tenho um apartamento, pago as prestaçÔes em dia, pago condomĂnio, mas nĂŁo posso me mudar por conta dos reparos que precisam ser feitos. NĂŁo recomendo essa empresa nem para ninguĂ©m.

I bought an apartment built by this construction company at the time of the survey. The company does not respond to the emails forwarded. conclusion of the repairs, do not feel secure in leaving belongings in the apartment, as they still have a copy of the key, the electricity took two months to be connected and if it was not enough all the disorders mentioned during the painting the walls began to peel and now installing the showerhead appeared an infiltration on the wall. I have an apartment, paid the installments on time, paid condominium, but I can not move because of the repairs that need to be done. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
