Fui lá com meu namorado ontem (06/11) de noite. Chegamos lá, na hora do pedido, a funcionária não anotou nada, ficou "decorando o pedido de cabeça". Pedimos um combo de sushi e pra mim, um combo de hambúrguer pois eu NÃO como sushi.
Umas meia hora depois chegou o pedido na nossa mesa embalado, sendo que nós não tínhamos pedido para a viagem.
Até aí tudo bem, porém a 1° pessoa que nos atendeu, simplesmente não passou o meu pedido do hambúrguer para a cozinha. Só veio o pedido do meu namorado.
Respirei fundo e disse que eu ainda esperaria o combo, daí a garçonete falou: "eita, é pq a carne de hambúrguer artesanal acabou"...
Mano, só acho que é obrigação do funcionário, assim que atender o cliente ANOTAR os pedidos pra não esquecer e AVISAR o que está em falta. Se ela tivesse avisado que não tinha carne de hambúrguer artesanal, teríamos ido embora logo cedo, pra não perder tempo. Resultado, saí com fome e nunca mais piso lá.
Worst place in São Lourenço I've ever been in my life.
I went there with my boyfriend yesterday (06/11) at night. We got there, at the time of the order, the employee didn't write anything down, she was "memorizing the order in her head". We ordered a sushi combo and for me a hamburger combo because I DON'T eat sushi.
About half an hour later the order arrived at our table packed, as we had not ordered for the trip.
So far so good, but the 1st person who served us simply didn't pass my order for the hamburger to the kitchen. Just came my boyfriend's order.
I took a deep breath and said that I would still wait for the combo, then the waitress said: "hey, it's because the homemade hamburger meat is over"...
Man, I just think it's the employee's obligation, as soon as the customer is served, WRITE DOWN the orders so as not to forget and NOTIFY what is missing. If she had warned us that we didn't have homemade hamburger meat, we would have left early, so as not to waste time. Result, I left hungry and I never step there again.
