★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo...quase três meses com o carro e não consegui rodar nem 400 km com o carro que comprei nessa agência.... só quero um carro que funcione perfeitamente já que paguei por isso... talvez falando aqui isso se resolva...tbm vou ativar no @reclameaqui não podemos mais deixar de ir atrás do que é nosso por direito...nunca mais compro nada nesse lugar
Terrible service...almost three months with the car and I couldn't drive even 400 km with the car I bought at this agency.... I just want a car that works perfectly since I paid for it... maybe talking here will solve it ...I'm also going to activate on @reclameaqui, we can't stop going after what is rightfully ours anymore...I'll never buy anything in this place again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem dúvidas uma das melhores agências de Guarulhos, já comprei dois veículos na agência, sendo que um fiquei 6 anos e nunca tive problemas com o veículo, hoje estou com um Nissan que por ser um carro semi novo acaba aparecendo alguns problemas que é normal, mas sempre foi solucionado pela agência, o Marcelo e sua equipe sempre me deram o suporte necessário, no entanto já estou vendo outro veículo para minha esposa.
E fácil criticar, mas comprar um carro semi novo e não fazer as revisões que é por conta do novo dono e culpar a agência e moleza.
Sempre fui muito bem atendido, RECOMENDO DE OLHOS FECHADO A AGÊNCIA ACCAR.
Como o próprio Marcelo fala, não somos clientes e sim AMIGO

Without a doubt, one of the best agencies in Guarulhos, I've already bought two vehicles at the agency, one of which I stayed for 6 years and never had any problems with the vehicle, today I have a Nissan which, being a semi-new car, ends up showing some problems, which is normal, but it was always solved by the agency, Marcelo and his team always gave me the necessary support, however I am already seeing another vehicle for my wife.
It's easy to criticize, but buying a semi-new car and not doing the revisions it's up to the new owner and blaming the agency and it's a piece of cake.
I have always been very well attended, I RECOMMEND THE ACCAR AGENCY WITH CLOSED EYES.
As Marcelo himself says, we are not customers but FRIEND
