I recommend Accel Academia. Pilates classes and functional classes are excellent and in fact give results. Both the professors and the other staff of the academy are very attentive, friendly and committed to the students.

Os professores são atenciosos, cuidam do treino e como em nenhum outro lugar.
Very good, functional training for over a year with great satisfaction. I also know Pilates which is very good too.
The teachers are attentive, take care of the training and like nowhere else.

Sou Accel há 8 (oito) anos, não troco em hipótese nenhuma de academia. Me sinto super segura treinando com eles, sei que cuidam da minha postura em todos os treinos. Além de tudo isso, são extremamente capacitados e profissionais !!! Estrutura agradável, recepcionistas tops, e ainda temos acompanhamento nutricionais. Super recomendo para vocês, que procuram um lugar para treinar com segurança em todos os aspectos. Parabéns Accel, e Obrigada !!!
Accel, best in everything because they do it with love, and the profs ahh are amazing, always thinking about providing us with the exercises you need. I've been Accel for 8 (eight) years, I don't change gyms under any circumstances. I feel super safe training with them, I know they take care of my posture in every training session. In addition to all this, they are extremely qualified and professional!!! Pleasant structure, top receptionists, and we still have nutritional monitoring. I highly recommend it to you, who are looking for a place to train safely in all aspects. Congratulations Accel, and Thank you!!!
