Quando recebi o produto identificamos nao ser o mesmo e estava com um defeito na distribuicao dos cristais, identificado no fim da montagem do mesmo em minha casa. Foi envolvido a empresa para a troca do produto pelo mesmo que haviamos filmado na loja e fui informado que nao era possivel, pois eles so poderiam remover o novo defeituoso instalado para reparo na estrutura do mesmo. Nao aceitei pois nao concordei de um produto novo ser reparado depois de ja instalado em minha casa nova. Pessima experiencia com os proprietarios desta loja. Nao recomendo!
I made the complete purchase of lighting for my house in this establishment. At the end of the purchases, I bought a chandelier that, according to the company, there was only one piece on display. We accepted and luckily we shot the product.
When I received the product, we identified that it was not the same and there was a defect in the distribution of the crystals, identified at the end of the assembly of the product in my house. The company was involved to exchange the product for the same one we had filmed in the store and I was informed that it was not possible, as they could only remove the new defective installed to repair the structure of the same. I didn’t accept it because I didn’t agree to have a new product repaired after it’s already installed in my new home. Bad experience with the owners of this store. I do not recommend!
