Hard bed, poor air conditioning, bad service and no refund was given for a daily rate that was not used.

Attentive staff, clean room, organized hotel with new facilities. It's a little lacking in terms of soundproofing. Breakfast with fresh products and well prepared. One of the best options in Brazil.

Very nice hotel, clean, well located, good breakfast. Bad acoustics and bathroom and window. Poor service from one of the receptionists, the others are very attentive!

Uma leve infiltração no teto, mas a limpeza é ótima, lençóis e toalhas limpos e cheirosos, funcionários muito atenciosos e gentis, café da manhã na medida certa.
Very good.
A slight leak in the ceiling, but the cleanliness is great, sheets and towels clean and fragrant, very attentive and kind staff, breakfast just right.
