( porteiro de Ed. que eles administram). O responsável nunca credita sem que eu tenha que cobra, faz o depósito na data que bem entende. Não é digno nem de atender as ligações! Nunca sei se o valor repassado está correto porque não recebo um comprovante do valor descontado do meu ex marido. Sempre tenho que recorrer ao síndico do edifício, causando transtorno desnecessário para seu cliente. Lamento que tenha que ser assim! Credibilidade 0!!!!
I need to contact this establishment every month to receive my daughter's alimony which is debited on my ex husband's 5 business day
(Ed porter they manage). The person in charge never credits without my having to charge, makes the deposit on the date he wishes. It is not even worth taking the calls! I never know if the amount transferred is correct because I don't receive proof of the discounted amount from my ex husband. I always have to resort to the building manager, causing unnecessary inconvenience to his client. I'm sorry it has to be this way! Credibility 0 !!!!
