★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sabor é bom, tanto as massas quanto a salada. Porém o desrespeito com o consumidor na demora de mais de 2 horas para entrega do almoço não compensam o pedido. Não é nenhum restaurante exclusivo para que valha a pena essa espera. Não pretendo pedir mais.
The flavor is good, both pasta and salad. However, disrespect for the consumer in taking more than 2 hours to deliver lunch does not compensate for the order. It's not an exclusive restaurant that's worth the wait. I don't intend to ask for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora na entrega após saída do motoboy (pizzas frias). Uma pizza com ingredientes faltando e outra com ingrediente a mais que não era do agrado da pessoa que pediu. Pagamos caro para comer algo que não gostamos e o restaurante se propõe a corrigir o erro somente mediante a devolução da pizza errada para um motoboy que já havia saído. Lamentável essa tratativa.
Delay in delivery after delivery of the courier (cold pizzas). A pizza with missing ingredients and another with an extra ingredient that was not to the liking of the person who ordered. We pay dearly to eat something we don't like and the restaurant proposes to correct the error only by returning the wrong pizza to a motorcycle courier who had already left. This deal is regrettable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma decepção. Cai completamente o padrão. A salada Caeser que meu marido pediu era tudo, menos uma salada Caeser! O olho de mesmo nome, simplesmente não veio. A salada veio seca. O queijo mal aparecia e era muçarela, não parmesão, como manda a receita (se querem mudar a receita, troquem o nome da salada), o crouton estava murcho. Um horror. A salada que eu montei, mas o molho de mostarda e mel estava muito doce, tão doce que mais parecia um molho "truque" de mostarda e açúcar. Curiosamente, vi aqui neste mesmo Google, que há dois anos eu dei 5 estrelas para a loja do Alameda, mas a realidade (ao menos nessa unidade) é muito outra. Dinheiro jogado no lixo.
A disappointment. The pattern completely drops. The Caesar salad my husband ordered was anything but a Caesar salad! The eye of the same name just didn't come. The salad came dry. The cheese was barely visible and it was mozzarella, not Parmesan, as the recipe says (if you want to change the recipe, change the name of the salad), the crouton was soggy. Horrible. The salad I put together, but the honey mustard dressing was too sweet, so sweet it looked more like a mustard and sugar "trick" sauce. Interestingly, I saw here on this same Google that two years ago I gave 5 stars to the Alameda store, but the reality (at least in this unit) is very different. Money thrown in the trash.
