Com o tempo, a medida que, os contatos foram se aprofundando e as demandas crescendo, pude observar o profissionalismo que envolve cada membro desse time, que ambos fazem questão de transmitir conhecimentos e experiências, treinar exaustivamente e, principalmente, dar exemplos de conduta e vida, fazendo com que todos tenham um desempenho excepcional. More than five years ago, I started to have professional contact with Ivaldo, Rose and the team of professionals from ACEL, in the few times I was there, I was welcomed not as a client, but as a partner and friend who visits the home of a special family. Over time, as the contacts deepened and the demands grew, I was able to observe the professionalism that involves each member of this team, who both insist on transmitting knowledge and experiences, training exhaustively and, mainly, giving examples of conduct and life, making everyone perform exceptionally. In other words, there, at ACEL, we have the best of all worlds, treated as someone from the family, when we realize that, really, the attention given to us has a genuine interest in our assets and business success, and at the same time trust to be able to count on a group whose actions are based on ethics, promptness, knowledge and expertise in everything they do.
