★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero aqui deixar um elogio e reconhecimento mesmo não usando essa Internet, sábado dia 19/06/21, explodiu um poste aqui na Rua Raimundo Pinheiro, Granja Portugal, e no domingo eles estavam aqui concertando pra não deixar os cliente na mão, enquanto essa REDENET infelizmente a empresa lixo que fui contratar, deixou o cliente na mão, e até agora dia 21/06/21 10:46 Estou sem Internet e pensando em contratar vocês pela seriedade e competência, ACE NET tá DE parabéns ?. Tive que pedir a senha do vizinho pra não ficar sem Internet, uma vergonha mesmo pagando tudo em dias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bando de moleques!!! Sempre paguei minha mensalidade em dias e adiantado. Solicitei troca de endereço e pedi urgência no serviço por usar o mesmo para trabalhar e estudar. Depois de tanta mentira, que não conseguem contato ( que nunca mudou) Me irritei e contratei outro provedor. Tinha pago o mês e eles não querem me devolver o valor proporcional ao período não utilizado. Isso o PROCON resolve rapidinho. O mais RIDÍCULO é o funcionário da empresa ir no meu trabalho ficar fazendo pouco de mim, sabendo que não posso respondê-lo como ele merece! COVARDE!!! E os demais ficarem fazendo chacota. Pra tudo existe lei! Bando de moleques!!!!

After so many lies, that they can't get in touch (which never changed) I got angry and hired another provider. I had paid for the month and they don't want to refund me the amount proportional to the unused period. This PROCON solves quickly. The most RIDICULOUS thing is that the company employee goes to my work and makes fun of me, knowing that I can't answer him as he deserves! COWARD!!! And the others are making fun. There is a law for everything! Bunch of brats!!!!
