★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa não tem o menor senso de responsabilidade e atenção comigo como consumidor e cliente, fechei um orçamento para compra e instalação de um cano multicamadas para GÁS COZINHA (GLP) com a instalação de registro para conexão de uma mangueira blindada que eu já tenho, o suposto técnico veio até o local, colocou a tubulação no local já solicitado pela empresa pra ser feito pelo pedreiro na obra, entregou a conexão a minha esposa e foi embora, ao entrar em contato com o atendimento via telefone fui informado que para o suposto técnico voltar depois ao local e fazer as conexões pagaria uma taxa de R$ 80,00 extra, questionei o porque de as conexões não foram feitas no mesmo dia e até agora nada de resposta, nada de recibo nem NF da compra e pagamento que fizemos. Presta um atendimento e execução de serviço horrível, altamente amadores.
 The company does not have the slightest sense of responsibility and attention to me as a consumer and customer, I closed a budget for the purchase and installation of a multi-layer pipe for KITCHEN GAS (LPG) with the installation of a connection to connect an armored hose that I already have, the alleged technician came to the site, put the pipe in the place already requested by the company to be done by the bricklayer on the construction site, handed the connection to my wife and left, when I contacted the service via phone I was informed that for the supposed technician then returning to the site and making the connections would pay an extra fee of R $ 80.00, I questioned why the connections were not made on the same day and so far no response, no receipt or invoice for the purchase and payment we made. Provides a horrible service and execution of service, highly amateurs.
