★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço péssimo. Atendentes que se fazem de sonsas no telefone, assistência técnica incapaz de atender no mesmo dia (ou até mesmo na mesma semana) um domicílio no centro da cidade, e o sinal é fraquíssimo e sempre abaixo do contratado.
Lousy service. Clerks who make noises on the phone, technical assistance unable to answer a city center domicile on the same day (or even the same week), and the signal is weak and always below the hired one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço horrível, o técnico é vidente e telepático. Disse que visitou a localidade onde eu moro, e que não seria possível a instalação da internet na minha residência. Kkkkkkkkk absurdo é eles virem fazer manutenção na torre toda semana e ficar o dia todo sentado lá. Enquanto eu iria pagar pelo serviço, eles nem pisaram aqui. Isso é um absurdo.
Horrible service, the technician is clairvoyant and telepathic. He said that he visited the place where I live, and that it would not be possible to install the internet in my home.
