Aplicam golpe em pessoas com necessidades especiais!
Fazem vc assinar um monte de papel para realizar isenções, mas é tudo fake, depois vão te cobrar taxas mirabolantes dizendo que vc assinou um contrato!
Os recibos vão com descritivos totalmente diferente do serviço contrato, assim podem te cobrar mais uma vez lá na frente!

They make you sign a lot of paper to make exemptions, but it's all fake, then they'll charge you crazy fees saying you signed a contract!
The receipts go with totally different descriptions of the contract service, so they can charge you again up front!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui direcionada a essa empresa pela concessionária onde estava comprando meu carro (Renault RPoint Ipiranga), que paga a eles pelo serviço, para que realizassem todo o processo necessário à isenção de IPI, ICMS, IPVA e rodízio. O primeiro problema é que eles partem do pressuposto de que a concessionária me explicou no detalhe tudo o que eles fariam e de que forma, enquanto a concessionária imagina que eles o fazem, de modo que as surpresas foram inevitáveis. O fato é que precisei contata-los várias vezes para obter informações, só soube que meu rodízio estava liberado mais de um mês depois (e porque liguei questionando) e desde que comprei o carro não consigo obter meu cartão DEFIS (para uso de vaga reservada) porque em momento algum me disseram que eles solicitariam esse cartão, o fizeram sem minha autorização, queriam me cobrar R$ 150,00 por um serviço que não tem custo algum (e pode ser feito até pela internet) e já estou pedindo há meses para cancelarem a via que fizeram para eu mesma poder pedir, sem custo (pois o Detran não emite outro enquanto já tem 1 aprovado) mas não adianta. Toda vez que ligo que dizem que estão fazendo naquele dia, ou fizeram na véspera, ou farão no dia seguinte...e até hoje, 16/11, a informação que recebo é de que eu já possuo esse serviço e não posso solicitar novamente. É um absurdo uma empresa voltada a prestar serviços a pessoas que já enfrentam limitações decorrentes de uma deficiência tratar um cliente com tal desrespeito, vergonhoso! Compartilho minha experiência para que outras pessoas não passem pelo mesmo constrangimento e dor de cabeça.
I was directed to this company by the dealership where I was buying my car (Renault RPoint Ipiranga), which pays them for the service, so that they carry out the entire process necessary for exemption from IPI, ICMS, IPVA and rotation. The first problem is that they start from the assumption that the concessionaire explained to me in detail everything they would do and in what way, while the concessionaire imagines that they do it, so that surprises were inevitable. The fact is that I had to contact them several times to get information, I only knew that my car was released more than a month later (and because I called in question) and since I bought the car I can't get my DEFIS card (for use of reserved space) ) because at no time did they tell me that they would request this card, they did it without my authorization, they wanted to charge me R $ 150.00 for a service that has no cost (and can even be done over the internet) and I've been asking for months to cancel the way they did it so I could ask for it myself, free of charge (as Detran does not issue another one while it already has 1 approved) but it doesn’t help. Every time I call that they say they are doing it that day, or they did it the day before, or they will do it the next day ... and until today, 11/16, the information I get is that I already have this service and I cannot request it again . It is absurd for a company focused on providing services to people who already face limitations resulting from a disability to treat a customer with such disrespect, shameful! I share my experience so that other people do not experience the same embarrassment and headache.
