Speak well of teaching, I will start intensive but the service is terrible. I agree with the comment below. The girl at the reception is in a very bad mood and the telephone service is not very friendly.

Elas são estudantes do pré-vestibular. Achei excelente ter esse canal de acesso aberto ,jå que lå no Cursinho @acesso não existe comunicação decente com a funcionåria da recepção. E me pergunto até agora se o "dono" tem conhecimento da falta de preparo de tal funcionåria. Não sei o seu nome, não sei se estå tirando férias de alguém competente, mas o fato é que sempre que vamos lå ,somos SuperMalAtendidas. A primeira vez até pensei q ela estava tendo um dia ruim, mas só se todos os dias são "assim" para ela. Ela não segue regras de atendimento para com o cliente. Quem chega falando ela responde, não te dar a menor atenção,mas te olha dos pés à cabeça!

The first time I even thought she was having a bad day, but only if every day is "like this" for her. She does not follow the rules of customer service. Whoever arrives talking she answers, doesn't give you the slightest attention, but looks you from head to toe!
