Depósito bagunçado, pallets quebrados espalhados e alguns com pregos a vista (risco de furar pé de alguém), os conferentes ficam sentados olhando celular e "mandam deixar a NF e aguardar, quando liberada a descarga o entregador tem que fazer o serviço que deveria ser feito pelo funcionário da transportadora, (distribuir os Volumes nos pontos de redespacho). Isso É ABUSO, Sem contar com o risco de acidentes dentro do galpão da transportadora. Nesse caso ( acidente) quem se responsabiliza ??? O conferente que mandou o entregador transitar dentro do depósito, por não querer fazer serviço de sua responsabilidade..???? Com certeza Não, o conferente vai tirar o c.. dele da reta.
A carrier like most... Messy warehouse, broken pallets scattered around and some with nails in sight (risk of puncturing someone's foot), the checkers sit looking at their cell phones and "they tell them to leave the invoice and wait, when the delivery person is released you have to do the service that should be done by the carrier's employee, (distribute the Packages at the re-dispatch points). This IS ABUSE, not counting the risk of accidents inside the carrier's shed. In this case (accident) who is responsible? ??The checker who ordered the delivery man to move inside the warehouse, because he didn't want to do his work..? Absolutely No, the checker will take his c.. off the line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentando pedir coleta há umas 2 horas. Ninguém atende o telefone e, quando atendem, pedem um minutinho e te colocam na espera até cair a ligação.
Já peço coleta com eles há anos e eles sempre tiveram um atendimento mediano, mas nos últimos meses está HORRÍVEL.
Trying to ask for pickup for about 2 hours. No one answers the phone and when they do, they ask for a minute and put you on hold until the call drops.
I've been asking for collection with them for years and they've always had an average service, but in the last few months it's been HORRIBLE.
